S&K provides consulting services to regional HMOs, insurance companies, and self-insured corporate plans.  In addition, it acts as a reinsurance intermediary – creating and then exploiting pricing inefficiencies in risk transfer markets.
K&C provides commercial brokerage and consulting services, for the purpose of creating and managing health employee benefit coverage for medium and large corporate employers - mainly Self funded (or self-insurance). 
As a Third Part Administrator, Centrix performs all of the functions of an insurance company for the businesses that Kinghorn & Company manages.

Manufacturing

Kinder designs and manufactures testing assays for developing, establishing safety and efficacy, and licensing the drugs produced by nearly every major drug company in the world.

Waterfront is a U.S. Defense Department registered provider of procurement and logistical support to city, county, state, and federal governments, especially the U.S. Navy (particularly the U.S.N. 7th Fleet) including vessels in the surface fleet, warfare commands, and aviation squadrons worldwide.
